INTRODUCTION

Rockmax Jointseal (cold) is a cold applied rubberized bitumen joint sealant. It can be used for joint sealing, crack sealing, water plug. It can be easily fill by hand for installation. The material has very good adhesion and bonding even moist substrate. Cured material can withstand water and immerse in water without de-bonding.

    • APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION

    PREPARATION

    Concrete joint must be clean and dry free from oil, dust, particles. The concrete joint must be at minimum 28 days and minimum compressive strength at 25N/mm2.

    APPLICATION

    Use hand to mold the material according the joint width and depth. Fill the material inside the joint with press in firmly. Wait the material to initial cure by 10-15 minute. In case of moist surface the initial cure could be up to 30 minute. Protect the materials from rain and water for 24 hours.
